The Forest Cathedral is a small studio for a writer, coder, or any other computer- or notebook-based artisan, as well as those who simply need a quiet, safe space to study, work or reflect. In addition to working inside, there are tables and benches available to you if the sunshine calls you from the cool shade of the Cathedral. Wifi network name and password are posted in the studio. No televisions on campus. Music is encouraged through headphones to preserve the quiet.
An electric kettle, coffee and tea are available as well as a mini fridge and a small electric fireplace. The Forest Cathedral stands beside a 53-year-old cedar tree and features stained glass elements for vibrant color. The space is especially beautiful when the sun starts to set and the light casts multicolored designs across the walls and floor.
Private without being isolated, the Forest Cathedral is located on the edge of Banner Forest on the Blue Forge Group creative campus in Port Orchard, Washington. The campus is one acre of gardens, orchards, grape arbors, and cedar, spruce, and pine trees with five studios of various sizes. The campus director is on-site at all times.
