Floor Maintenance: Our floors are vacuumed and mopped regularly with well-squeezed mops to avoid splashing books on lower shelves. High-Touch Surfaces: Door handles, countertops, and other frequently touched areas are disinfected multiple times a day to ensure a hygienic environment for our visitors. Weekly Deep Cleaning: Book Care: We carefully inspect and clean our books, using soft bristle brushes and mild cleaning solutions to remove any dirt or smudges, preserving their condition and longevity. Window and Glass Cleaning: All windows and glass surfaces are cleaned to a streak-free shine, enhancing natural light and the overall ambiance of the shop. Seating Areas: Our cozy reading nooks and seating areas are vacuumed and sanitized to provide a comfortable space for our guests to relax. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
