The studio is cleaned and reset after every booking to ensure a professional environment for each guest. High-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, chairs, desk, and mirror) are disinfected between uses, and the bathroom is sanitized and stocked with essentials. Backdrops and equipment are inspected after each session, and furniture is returned to its original setup. We ask all guests to leave the space as they found it and to be mindful when bringing food, drinks, or props into the studio.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
