About UTOPIA PDX
Talofa lava and hello all, afio mai and welcome to our beautiful office warehouse located right behind the PDX Airport, Dutch Bros, and Embassy Suites. Our front office door and lobby is traditionally used as a foyer for event check ins, and the warehouse space itself is used for events, activities, and more. We've hosted craft workshops, company meetings, art auctions, career fairs, and more within our 750 SQ feet in our warehouse! The space accommodates 70-100 people with chairs and tables available upon request.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
