Located in a historic building in the heart of DTLA, our space features original hardwood floors and tin-tile ceilings. Built-in bench seating runs along one wall, providing a natural hub for group conversation or taking a break from the action. A Mid-Century Modern desk, Modernica seating, and warm wood tones anchor the entry area. The frosted glass elevator shaft offers welcoming, diffused natural light to greet your guests. The couch and benches make a great small-gathering area. A flat-screen television is mounted on the wall for small group viewing. The spacious main studio is designed to feel both functional and inspiring. At the center of the room stands a striking custom frame, offering versatility for decorating. (A protective layer must be placed between the frame and any clamps, if using.) A wall of east-facing windows floods the space with natural light throughout the day, highlighting the room’s lush tropical plants and creating a calm, organic atmosphere. The Japandi-inspired furnishings balance minimalism with warmth, blending clean Mid-Century lines with natural textures. This open layout makes the studio flexible enough for a variety of events. With greenery at every turn and a thoughtful design that fosters comfort and creativity, the space provides a vibrant yet calming backdrop for any gathering. Additional puzzle mats are available for a fee. - For aerial practices, the load-bearing frame supports up to 15 individual hard points (10 if using larger apparatus). - Climbing straps, 2-stage locking carabiners, bamboo, and loaner rope are available at no additional charge. Please inquire about available quantities of bamboo. - A large whiteboard-covered cabinet is available for presentations or collaborative sessions. A projector is also available for an additional fee. The kitchenette features a sink and a medium-sized refrigerator with a freezer. We also have two water dispensers - one featuring sparkling water - and provide coffee and tea service. Gender-separated bathrooms are secured with a passcode and located immediately to the right outside of the studio. The unisex, wheelchair-accessible bathroom is located to the left and down the hall, near the elevator. This bathroom does not require a passcode. Bathrooms are shared with the entire floor. They can be used as changing areas, but we encourage storing all personal effects within the studio.
