Our spacious Westside Chicago venue is perfect for hosting a variety of events, from birthday parties, baby showers, and milestone celebrations to pop-up shops, networking mixers, workshops, and intimate performances. The flexible layout features two connected rooms that flow seamlessly, allowing you to separate dining and mingling areas, or set up distinct activity zones for your guests. The space includes a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator for convenient food and drink storage, along with tables and chairs to accommodate 100+ guests. A 65-inch TV is available for slideshows, videos, or custom displays. With two hours of setup time included, you’ll have plenty of room to bring your vision to life. Our venue is an ideal blank canvas—equally suited for elegant décor, themed events, or minimal modern styling. Add-on services such as catering, décor packages, balloon garlands, throne chairs, and uplighting are available to make your event truly memorable.

I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning Policy We take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for every guest. Our space is professionally cleaned and sanitized between bookings, with special attention to high-touch areas and shared surfaces. Our Process Includes: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors Disinfecting all tables, counters, and chairs Wiping down door handles, light switches, and equipment Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms (toilet, sink, mirrors) Refreshing paper products and soap dispensers Cleaning kitchen appliances (microwave, refrigerator) and counters. We ask that guests return the space in the condition they found it. Please remove any personal items, place trash in the bins provided, and notify us of any spills or damages.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
