We follow strict cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure all event and dining spaces meet high standards of cleanliness before, during, and after each use. Event Space Cleaning The event space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every booking. All tables, chairs, door handles, and high-touch surfaces are sanitized with EPA-approved products. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, and restrooms are fully cleaned and restocked. During Events Trash is monitored and removed regularly to maintain a clean environment. Staff is available to assist with spills or maintenance needs as they arise. Casino-Wide Protocols Our property is routinely cleaned throughout the day, including public areas, restrooms, and gaming spaces. Hand sanitizing stations are available for guest use throughout the venue. Surveillance and management teams help monitor cleanliness and ensure safety protocols are followed. You can feel confident hosting your event at Goldie’s, knowing our team is committed to providing a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming space for all your guests.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
