This yard would work well for a small gathering, up to 25 guests, in the daytime or early evening. It is in a rural area, but not far from the town of Camarillo. It is a blank canvas. You can add tables, props, chairs, lights, etc. The house can also be rented for the night for 2 overnight guests. The house has a bathroom, living room and a large bedroom. The kitchen has a small stove/oven, microwave, full fridge and sink. It is peaceful and adjacent to an avocado orchard.
