Our small conference room accommodates up to 6 people comfortably, making it ideal for team meetings, client calls, or private work sessions. The space features a bright solar-inspired theme that creates an energizing and professional atmosphere. For presentations and collaboration, the room can be equipped with either a whiteboard or an 85-inch TV upon request, giving you the flexibility to choose the setup that best fits your needs.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our cleaning process is designed to ensure a spotless, sanitized, and welcoming environment for every guest. After each use, all surfaces—including tables, chairs, counters, and equipment—are thoroughly wiped down and disinfected. Floors are mopped 3 times a week or as needed, and trash is emptied and replaced with fresh liners. High-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and remote controls are given extra attention to maintain hygiene. Restrooms are restocked with supplies and sanitized. A final walkthrough is completed to confirm the space is clean, organized, and ready for the next use.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
