Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning Protocol – Studio A We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a safe and professional experience. Before Each Booking: High-touch surfaces (door handles, tables, equipment controls) are wiped down with disinfectant. Post-Event Cleaning: The studio is swept, floors mopped, and trash removed after each rental. Equipment & Sets: Shared gear and prebuilt sets are sanitized between uses. Hand Sanitizer & Wipes: Provided on-site for your crew and talent. COVID Precautions: While masks are optional, we follow enhanced cleaning protocols modeled after CDC-recommended practices for disinfecting spaces between bookings. Guests are responsible for removing personal belongings and disposing of excess trash. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left excessively dirty.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
