About the Space
This ranch has almost 1900 square feet of game rooms. The larger game room can be set up with 8 four feet round tables and chairs to seat about 30 people. We set up rectangular tables at the front, and have white boards available. You can use the house for restrooms and breakout rooms, if needed. We have a Huge Saltwater pool and a detached hot tub. We also have a pickleball court. The home is a 6 bedroom with 2 bonus rooms and 3 baths. The 2 bonus rooms are upstairs, and each have 2 twins. We have 19 beds for overnight accommodations, which include roll around twins. Some of the TV's in the home have over 20,000 games on them.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
