Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it’s perfect for small gatherings, creative projects, content shoots, or lifestyle photography. The fully equipped kitchen features high-end Wolf appliances and a large island, making it ideal for cooking demos, food styling, or meal prep. The kitchen flows directly into the living room, which is furnished with comfortable couches and a TV: perfect for relaxing, casual meetings, or filming lifestyle scenes. A laundry room is also available if needed. Guests have access to two clean and spacious bathrooms, fully stocked for convenience. The home is well-maintained and spotless, offering a polished, fresh feel throughout. Its open layout and natural flow between rooms make it easy to move around, set up equipment, or host activities comfortably. For an extra fee, guests can enjoy full access to a fully stocked fridge, pantry, and drink cooler, with unlimited snacks and drinks during your stay. Food/drink preferences are requested 72 hours before arrival.

I take pride in keeping the space spotless for every guest. The house is thoroughly cleaned before and after each booking, so it will be fresh and welcoming when you arrive. Guests are never expected to do any heavy cleaning before leaving: we take care of that. I simply ask that you toss trash into the provided garbage bins and wipe up any spills or pet accidents. Beyond that, my team and I handle the full cleanup, so you can simply relax and enjoy your time in the space.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
