Our team follows a detailed checklist that includes: ✨ Common Areas Wipe down and sanitize all high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, switches, remotes, etc.) Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors Dust shelves, tables, décor, and baseboards Clean all windows and mirrors for streak-free shine 🍳 Kitchen Sanitize countertops, sinks, and faucets Wipe all appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) Clean cabinet handles and drawer pulls Remove trash and replace liners 🚿 Bathrooms Scrub and disinfect toilets, tubs, and showers Sanitize sinks, counters, and mirrors Restock essentials (toilet paper, soap, hand towels if provided) Remove all trash 🛋 Living & Bedrooms Dust and clean all furniture and décor Vacuum rugs and upholstery Make sure furniture is reset to original placement Check for and remove any left items or debris 🚪 Final Touches Inspect the property to ensure everything is guest-ready Lock up securely after the clean Report any damage or unusual wear so it can be addressed immediately ✅ We ask that guests remove trash, return furniture to its original position, and leave the space “broom clean” at the end of their booking. Our crew will handle the deep clean and reset for the next guest.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
