About The Fringe Theatre
Seating up to 45 comfortably, our unique theatre can be used for small music engagements, private film viewings, theatrical engagements, birthday parties, workshops, and more! Our flexible space has excellent lighting and sound, and our technicians can make your event as exciting as possible. Seating, lighting, and staging can be moved to best suit your events needs. There is a minifridge and cute vintage-esque popcorn machine, as well as a "backstage" area you can use. There are restrooms easily accessible, and the entire building is ADA compliant. You may supply your own bar, or we can help arrange that for you.

Our space is cleaned between bookings. Our building so has a regular maintenance crew for the common areas.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
