What you get: • Prime Location: Upper East Side / Midtown East • Design & Ambience: Pop-art installations, luxe lounge sofas, dining tables, cocktail seating, and a long illuminated bar. • Sound & Tech: Pro sound system with 4 speakers + mic, DJ-ready XLR hookup, HD TVs for live streams, YouTube, or logo projection. • VIP Karaoke Lounge: Private room for 20 guests with YouTube karaoke + velvet seating. • Interactive Memories: Barcode photo-sharing system - every guest uploads to one shared gallery. Bar Experience (required with every booking): • Open Bar – $25/hr per person (Premium $35/hr with top-shelf selection) • Non-alcoholic package – $15 per person flat • Minimum spend: $2,000 (no BYOB permitted) • Food & Catering: Elevated catering menu from $40/person, buffet or sit-down dinner service available. • Capacity: Up to 200 guests, fully staffed with a hostess, bartenders, and security. Rates: • $250/hr (up to 60 ppl) • $330/hr (up to 100 ppl) • $400/hr (up to 140 ppl) • $450/hr (up to 200 ppl) • $150 cleaning fee + tax Bookings available until 4 AM. Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
