Paralo House is a versatile event venue and production space designed for gatherings. An open, light-filled main room, upstairs kitchen, and lush interior courtyard create a setting that feels warm, flexible, and thoughtfully composed. The space is ideal for private events, workshops, celebrations, and creative projects that benefit from strong atmosphere and easy flow. Natural light defines the space throughout the day, with large west-facing windows and a soft golden hour glow beginning around 3 PM PT. The room is styled with plants and curated furniture, making it equally suited for lifestyle photography and social gatherings. ⚠️ Please note: the space is not soundproof, and occasional activity may occur in a neighboring unit. It is best suited for events and productions that are not sound-sensitive. An Event-Ready Space for Intimate Gatherings The open layout supports a wide range of uses, from seated workshops to standing receptions. Dual-level bathrooms, an upstairs kitchen, and a private parking lot make hosting simple and comfortable for guests. We ask for common sense cleaning practices. Throw away your trash in the dumpster, return equipment to place it was found, sweep if excessively dirty, throw away all trash outside the studio. Our built-in cleaning fee of $75 covers the rest.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
