This bright, open warehouse studio features professional Marley floors, wall-to-wall mirrors, ballet bars, and high ceilings - ideal for photo/video shoots, corporate events, fitness classes, summer camps, workshops, birthday parties, dance classes and rehearsals, and private gatherings. The studio is easily accessible with plenty of parking, roll up garage door, and loading dock-style back door allow for easy load-in and load-out. Two handicap accessible bathrooms, one with a changing table. Two water fountains, two changing rooms, sound system are also available. Whether you're hosting a workshop, filming a commercial, or running a private event, our studio is fully equipped to meet your needs.

Health and Safety Measures
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning. The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. Space has access to outdoor air ventilation.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
