We are offering either the entire 3,200 sq ft workspace or any of 3 distinct zones on the 5th floor at 519 8th Avenue, NY 10018— perfectly tailored for photo shoots, corporate events, brand activations, workshops, content creation, and more. Key Features: - 12‑ft ceilings with abundant natural light via generous East-facing (8th Avenue) windows - Access via 3 passenger elevators + 1 freight elevator (freight available 9 AM–4.30 PM weekdays) - Additional amenities include kitchenette, private M/W restrooms, Seven breakout rooms - Extra lighting equipment and a 10‑ft roll-down backdrops ($25 per pull) available as add-ons

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
