🧼 Cleaning Process We take cleanliness and safety very seriously to ensure every guest enjoys a fresh and sanitized environment. • Floors are mopped and disinfected after each booking using EPA-approved cleaning solutions. • Treatment beds/tables are wiped down with EPA-approved disinfectant wipes to guarantee a hygienic setup for the next guest. • Restrooms are cleaned thoroughly, including sinks, toilets, and frequently touched surfaces. • Trash bins are emptied after each use to maintain a neat and pleasant environment. Our team follows these steps consistently after every booking so that each guest arrives to a clean, safe, and comfortable space.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
