With its thoughtful layout, the home works equally well for team off-sites, workshops, photo or video shoots, or intimate celebrations. Parking is convenient with 3 private spots available in the back driveway, plus free and easy street parking in front of the property. For larger groups, additional parking is available at a nearby plaza just an 8-minute walk away. Our cleaning process is detailed and thorough. After every booking, all high-touch surfaces (such as door handles, light switches, and tables) are disinfected with professional-grade products. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, bathrooms and kitchens are sanitized, and trash is removed. Fresh supplies and linens are provided, and we follow strict health and safety measures to ensure a clean, welcoming, and worry-free environment for every guest.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
