Health and Safety Measures
After each booking, the space is professionally cleaned and reset to ensure it’s fresh and ready for the next guest. Our cleaning process includes: Wiping down all surfaces (tables, countertops, workstations, monitor, etc.) with disinfectant Sanitizing high-touch areas (doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, etc.) Vacuuming and/or mopping floors as needed Emptying all trash and recycling and replacing liners Cleaning and tidying the outdoor garden area Restocking essential supplies (hand soap, paper towels, sanitizer, etc.) We ask that guests tidy up after themselves — clearing personal items, placing trash in bins, and resetting furniture if it was moved — so the transition between bookings is smooth.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
