Activities Suitable for Renting: - Filming and Photography: The stylish interiors and picturesque outdoor space make it a great location for photo shoots or filming projects. - Pop-up Events: Businesses will love this stylish host a dinner party. Or if you or a chef, food enthusiast, or influencer, this is the perfect kitchen space to host an event or shoot videos. - Workshops: We have speakers and a projector. There is seating for 25 people in the great room. Access to use the kitchen and backyard as well.

- Frequency: Full turnover clean after each booking; light touch between back-to-back bookings if applicable; deep clean weekly or monthly as needed. Supplies & Equipment - EPA-registered disinfectant or household bleach solution (follow label for dwell time) - All-purpose cleaner, glass cleaner - Microfiber cloths, disposable paper towels - HEPA vacuum or vacuum with strong filtration - Mop and bucket or microfiber flat mop - Trash bags, gloves, hand sanitizer (60%+ alcohol) - Laundry detergent and bleach for washable linens - Backup supplies stored on-site Pre-Clean Procedures - Confirm booking end time and allow minimum 30–60 minutes turnover time (adjust by property size). - Ventilate space: open windows/doors for at least 10–15 minutes if weather permits. - Remove all trash and personal items left by guest. Photograph and log any lost items. Turnover Cleaning Steps (room-by-room) General (all areas) - Remove trash and replace liners. - Dust high surfaces, light fixtures, and vents. - Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces: doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, tabletops, handrails, cabinet handles, thermostats. - Wipe down walls/door frames if visibly soiled. - Vacuum floors; mop hard floors with disinfectant solution. - Check and replace batteries in remotes / ensure electronics are functional. - Ensure HVAC/air purifiers are on and filters are clean. - Clear and wipe countertops, sink, faucet, and backsplash with disinfectant. - Clean and sanitize all used appliances’ touch points (microwave handle, fridge handle, oven knobs). - Run dishwasher or wash used dishes; store clean. - Empty and sanitize trash and recycling bins.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
