Great for small gatherings, patio includes two 5 person seating areas with umbrellas. Additional seating centered around propane firepit with lights strung under grape vine. Full lawn expands in front of patio to the street. Grill available, can add serving tables if requested. Area is not fully fenced in, please be thoughtful of any young children the street is active with cars in neighborhood.

Patio will be blown off prior to each booking, lawn and gardens will be kept manicured. Trash barrels will have space for new trash.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
