From photographers and podcasters to videographers and social media content creators, this space adapts perfectly to your vision. The studio features exposed brick, original wood floors, and stylish furniture — including two unique beds, a tufted blue couch, and a luxe gray chaise lounge. Massive loft windows fill the space with natural light, while amenities like free Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry make your experience seamless. Street parking is free and typically easy to find, and while the studio is located on the second floor (stairs only), most guests find it well worth the climb. This space is more than a rental — it’s a canvas for your creativity.

Cleaning & Maintenance Our studio is professionally cleaned on a weekly basis by our dedicated cleaning team to ensure a spotless and welcoming environment. After every booking, the space is carefully maintained by Catherine Cooper Photography staff to refresh and reset the studio, so each guest enjoys the same high standard of cleanliness. For added peace of mind, a staff member will always be on-site during your booking to assist and ensure the space remains tidy and ready for your creative use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
