🎙️ The Rose Studio is NJ’s first Overnight stay Music Recording Studio — mins from Newark Penn Station & EWR Airport! Designed for artists, producers, podcasters & content creators. Features self-recording booths (TLM 103 or BYO),Production room, livestream-ready, recording ready(just bring your laptop ) 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths, laundry , full kitchen, pool table & smart lock. Perfect for photo and video shoot also.

Important‼️ You must bring your own engineer/laptop
Every room is setup for Easy-self-recording.
Message me if you want an engineer for an additional fee.
This Studio is setup for Easy-Plug-&-Play.
Feel free to bring your own Mic, if you don’t want to use the TLM103.
Streaming cameras are already setup just plug into your laptop,
Recording hardware is a Avalon and Apollo in main control room for Windows & Mac.
The Production Room also uses an Focusrite interface that’s compatible for Windows & Mac.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
