Features self-recording booths (TLM 103 or BYO),Production room, livestream-ready, recording ready(just bring your laptop ) 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths, laundry , full kitchen, pool table & smart lock. Perfect for photo and video shoot also. 5 hours gets you a days booking - 2pm-8am Please understand you must bring your Own engineer if recording- For The Rose Studio engineer it’s 30 per hour- This space can be used for listening events/ video shoots/ just to relax with friends- small private networking- whatever you see fit, all rooms are included with booking, yes this is for the entire place!

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
