Logistics The home has 3 bedrooms, an office, 3 bathrooms, a large loft area, and a living, kitchen, and dining area that are relatively open (there is a division between the living room and kitchen area, but not a closeable door). Separate but still attached to the home is a mother-in-law apartment located above the garage. The studio apartment has a mini kitchen, a sleeping area, a full bathroom, and large closet for storage.
