The huge kitchen island is perfect for displaying catered food or having a cooking/baking class. It can sit 10-12 people around the kitchen island. When the weather is nice, you can also enjoy grilling your protein and having a drink at the patio with nice breeze. A nice record player in the living room to give a good vibe and board games to entertain your guests. A full bathroom on the 1st floor right next to the side door makes it easy for the guests to get in/out. Huge patio for baby showers, birthday parties or anniversary celebration. It's homey and cozy, great for film production too for an everyday scene. Can park up to 4 cars on the driveway, and street parking is easy as well.

Please clean the grill after use. Leave all the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on before you leave. Put away the trash and recycle items in the trash bins outside by the fence.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
