To ensure every guest enjoys a clean and welcoming environment, we hire a professional cleaning service between each booking. This includes: Thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all high-touch surfaces Full restroom cleaning and restocking of essentials Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming throughout the event space Wiping down tables, bar area, and kitchenette surfaces Trash removal and replacement of liners Guests will always arrive to a freshly cleaned ready-to-use space.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
