We have a lobby with tables & seating, Wi-Fi, A/C, Bluetooth speakers installed in the ceiling, and a private bathroom. Record videos for Tik Tok / YouTube, rehearse a piece of choreography, teach lessons, host improv workshops, etc... We expect guests to leave the space the same as they found it. We do not expect guests to disinfect unless there is a situation that requires it. B&B staff will disinfect the space between bookings and is available via phone/text for urgent needs.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
