Now in private hands, the custodian of this national treasure welcomes guest to create and gather in this commanding and truly American space.
Step into 1812 and be surrounded by the splendor of all the original features of this home. Generous parlours throughout gracefully accommodate guests. Wood burning fireplaces in almost every room add to the period and warmth. Private events of all sorts have been held at the house including but limited to: lectures, salon performances, and candlelight soirees.
Film Production and Photoshoots are most suitable for the space. With 14 South facing windows natural light floods the mansion. Production kits are easily loaded in and out from our loading zone located in the rear, just off the house.

The Rome Amtrak station is located less than 2 miles from the house. Ubers available in Rome, N.Y. Talent and guest can travel from Manhattan to Rome in less than Five hours
