Versatile board game bar in Bushwick/Bed-stuy

We have a 1000 square foot bar/cafe area with two giant screens to project movies/stuff on (1 indoor, 1 outdoor), lots of of board games, coloring books and other things to do. Full bar, kitchen, cozy. We're open to any kind of event, but mainly board game, film stuff, and nerdy stuff. Not ideal for dancing. There's also a comedy club next door. We also have a yard with ping pong, giant jenga, mini golf area, and lots of seating. We don't want to have loud music outside though because we don't want to upset neighbors. Overall it's over 2000 square foot inside and outside.
