After every booking, our professional cleaning team follows a detailed process to ensure the space is spotless and ready for you: • 🧽 Deep Cleaning: All surfaces, counters, and high-touch areas (doorknobs, remotes, light switches) are sanitized. • 🛏 Fresh Linens: Beds are made with freshly laundered sheets, and extra linens are available. • 🧴 Bathroom Sanitization: Toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs are disinfected and restocked with essentials. • 🍽 Kitchen Care: Appliances, dishes, and countertops are thoroughly cleaned and ready for use. • 🧹 Floors & Furniture: Floors are vacuumed and mopped; furniture is wiped down and reset. • 🌬 Air Circulation: We air out the home between guests to keep it fresh and inviting. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
