Cleaning & Safety Measures We take cleanliness and guest safety very seriously. Our space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with local health authority guidelines, with special attention given to high-touch surfaces and shared amenities. Soft, porous materials are either thoroughly sanitized or removed to ensure a hygienic environment. Between each booking, a licensed professional cleaner services the property, and bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning and ventilation. Hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, and disposable protective gear are available on-site for guest use. The space is designed to support physical distancing, with reconfigured layouts, outdoor access, and additional open-air space to help groups spread out comfortably. Clear signage, guest guidelines, and floor markers are provided to help everyone move safely and confidently throughout the property.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
