Health and Safety Measures
The studio is professionally cleaned and sanitized on a regular schedule, with all high-touch surfaces disinfected between reservations. Floors are vacuumed daily. All equipment, furniture, and props are wiped down and sanitized after each use. Restrooms and the kitchenette are stocked and cleaned before every booking. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are provided on-site for guest use. We schedule buffer time between bookings to allow for proper cleaning and reset.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
