Spacious family home built in the 1970s, retaining many original features. This impressive 6,000 square feet of space is perfect for accommodating large productions. It’s an ideal location for filming period pieces or any project that requires a vintage aesthetic. Additional rooms are available for shooting, although some bedrooms are kept off-limits. However, we can negotiate the use of the entire house for an additional fee.

We hire a cleaner between shoots, before shooting, and after you use the space.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
