About the Space
Photo shoots and meetings work well. The shower doors are see through. The space has a country feel and an island table that can be used in a plethora of ways. There are two different bedrooms with windows. Small acting scenes can work well here as well. Everything from a low dryer to wi fi can be found here. Communication goes a long way here and can assure your party has everything they need for a comfortable visit. Microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, plates, utensils, glasses and cups are all available for use.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Everything is dusted, organized, swept and mopped. Garbage is taken out, and the fridge, bathroom are all double checked for belonging that might have been left behind. Once the space is completely clean, an ozone generator is turned on to clean air in between stays. There is a grace period of thirty minutes for new guests to check in within 30 minutes of the machine being turned off to ensure safety protocol.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
