Health and Safety Measures
Between every booking, our team sweeps, mops, vacuums, and sanitizes all areas—including high-touch surfaces like light switches, door handles, and tables—with EPA-approved cleaners. We provide a hand-washing station with soap and paper towels. Trash is emptied, bins re-lined, and dishes (if provided) are washed. Restrooms and kitchen areas are cleaned and restocked, and all surfaces wiped. Furniture and any equipment are returned to their original layout. On a regular basis (or for particularly busy periods), we hire a professional cleaner to perform deep cleaning to ensure Aesthetics Haus remains pristine for every guest.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
