It's built for entertaining and includes a chef's kitchen, pool table, pinball machine, and DJ/sound booth equipment. Artistic and design details fill the space with high-end, custom, and vintage furnishings throughout. There is a guest room with work out equipment and desk. This light filled space is adorned with mature live plants, sky lights and floor to ceiling windows.

Space is provided in a clean condition. Special accommodations can be made prior or following each booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
