Drawing design inspiration from the vibrant essence of Ibiza, this space serves as an ideal backdrop for igniting your creativity while immersing yourself in its tranquil ambiance. If you appreciate a zen atmosphere, organic decor and a serene, bohemian aesthetic, Casa Bliss is the perfect neutral backdrop for your next shoot! Please note that this property is a private residence, so a site representative needs to be present throughout the shoot. Property Features: Casa Bliss is designed as a stunning backdrop tailored for photoshoots, radiating creativity and inspiration. The property boasts beautiful walls of ficus and olive trees that enhance its natural aesthetic. The expansive Brazilian ipe deck hosts a luxurious jacuzzi, providing a striking setting for dynamic photography. Nearby, an inviting fire pit adds to the visual allure, while a putting green offers playful opportunities for engaging shots. You'll also discover many old soul artifacts, boho hammock, swinging chair, outdoor TV, fountains, an upside down outdoor shower - please note that the water is not heated. The space is thoughtfully decorated in soothing neutral tones, featuring bohemian accents that evoke a laid-back, artistic vibe. Experience Peaceful Creativity: Our property promises a peaceful atmosphere conducive to your creative endeavors. To respect our neighbors, we kindly ask all guests to maintain a low noise level, refraining from loud music, shouting, and lingering outside. Designate a Production Coordinator: To ensure a seamless experience, we ask that you appoint a Production Coordinator for your shoot. This individual will be your primary contact, arriving first and leaving last, guiding the team to follow our venue’s guidelines. Property Amenities: You will have access to the interior of the residence, which includes a powder room that does not feature a shower. This space offers a makeup chair, a large mirror, a clothing rack, steamer a mini fridge for your beverages, a coffee machine, and hot water for any drink needs. Please note that some areas of the property are restricted and not accessible. Hot Tub Spa Details: The hot tub is maintained at a comfortable temperature of 90 degrees. If you would prefer a warmer temperature, please request this at least one day in advance. The jacuzzi can accommodate a maximum of eight people at a time and is thoroughly cleaned and shocked after each use for hygienic reasons. Site Supervision and Fire Pit Usage: The use of the fire pit is allowed only with the close supervision of the site representative. This ensures that everyone enjoys the space safely and responsibly. Furniture Relocation Guidelines: Please help us protect our space by carefully lifting and moving any furniture or equipment rather than dragging it. This will prevent damage to our Ipê deck, floors and landscaping. Noise Considerations: To maintain a good relationship with our neighbors, we ask that all outdoor activities, including music and conversation, be kept at a reasonable volume. Substance Use Policy: For the comfort and safety of all guests, we enforce a strict no alcohol and no illegal substances policy, including smoking, on the property. Sun Care Restrictions: Please note that the use of sunscreen, tanning lotions, or oils is prohibited as these can clog the SPA filter and necessitate the installation of a new one. Additionally, if you have had a sunless tan applied the day before your shoot, the jacuzzi may be stained with the brown tint from the tanning product. In such cases, the jacuzzi will need to be fully emptied and cleaned, which will incur a fee of $250. Parking and Access: Ample street parking is available, with easy access for loading. Timely Wrap-Up: To preserve the tranquility of our neighborhood, please allocate enough time for load-out after your booking and avoid blocking the street during this process. Overtime Charges: If your booking exceeds the original time, overtime will be charged at 1.5 times the initial booking rate, in half-hour increments. We recommend thorough planning to avoid additional fees. Safety for Children: For the safety of any children on set, we request that a responsible adult supervise them continuously. Property Availability: Casa Bliss is available for shoots from Monday through Sunday. Nudity Policy: Partial nudity is permitted on the property. Day-of Guidelines to Keep in Mind: - Cleanup Responsibilities: We ask that you care for our space and leave it in its original condition. A $150 cleaning fee will be applied for any extra cleaning required post-shoot. - Walk-Through Requirement: A pre and post shoot walk-through is necessary with your Production Coordinator and our site representative to assess any potential damages. Respect and Professionalism: At Casa Bliss, we are committed to fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism, and we kindly request the same from our guests. Media Usage Rights: The property owner retains the right to use any photos or videos taken, including behind-the-scenes content, for promotional purposes. User-Friendly Guidelines: - Guests of all ages are welcome! - Furniture can be rearranged but must be returned to its original position afterward. - Please be mindful of our plants, as any damage could lead to additional charges. - Security cameras are in place for safety; recording devices are not permitted in private areas.
