Our professional cleaning team follows a standardized checklist after every guest stay or event to ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for the next group.
✅ Standard Cleaning (after every booking)
Common Areas & Bedrooms
Dust all surfaces, wipe down furniture, and sanitize high-touch areas (light switches, door handles, remotes).
Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors.
Make beds with fresh linens; replace towels.
Empty trash and recycling bins.
Bathrooms
Clean and disinfect toilets, showers, tubs, and sinks.
Replace bath mats and towels with freshly laundered sets.
Restock starter toiletries (soap, shampoo, toilet paper).
Polish mirrors and chrome fixtures.
Kitchen
Wipe down counters, cabinets, and appliances.
Sanitize sink, faucet, and handles.
Run and empty dishwasher if needed.
Restock basics (paper towels, trash bags, dish soap).
Outdoor & Rooftop
Sweep and wipe down seating areas.
Empty trash bins.
Check lighting and furniture for readiness.
🔄 Deep Cleaning (scheduled regularly)
Steam clean carpets and upholstery.
Wash curtains and deep-clean windows.
Move and clean under furniture.
Check walls, baseboards, and vents for dust/marks.
Full appliance cleaning (oven, fridge, etc.).
