Gothic-like setting deep underground in the Lemp Brewery. Parts of this space were built in the 1840s, and other parts in 1874: stone walls and stone floors with industrial remnants from its brewery days. Creepy stairwell that is used for entry and egress. This space is like going back in time. There are also items in the space, such as a coffin, a star-shaped table, a mental asylum ice submersion tub, and a funeral home gurney located in the space. -Temperature is constant all year round between 58 and 70 degrees -No bathrooms; bathrooms are available at our office. -NO elevator, only stairs -Power outlet -Zone-controlled lighting
