About the Space
This is a special 100 year old industrial warehouse studio located in east downtown Houston. Near the Shell and Daikin park stadium. Many bars and activities to do near this special location! The studio is located on the 4th floor of the building with only spiral stairs that lead the way (no elevators). Space has natural brick wall with plenty of natural lighting with a cyc wall as well! (: Please be aware there is policy of no shoes allowed on the white floor unless modeling! Models can put on shoes once ready to take photos. We want to keep the white floor as white as possible and treat with care! There is a hallway inside the studio where shoes can be placed safely. Floor can scuff with marks so please treat with care thank you!

SPACE STAYS IN HIGH STANDARDS TO STAY CLEAN SUCH AS NO SHOES ON WHITE FLOOR TO AVOID DIRT BEING INSIDE SPACE. THERE IS A HEAVY DUTY DOOR MAT TO HELP TAKE OFF MUD AND DIRT FROM SHOES. WE HAVE AIR PURIFIER WITH HEPA FILTER AS WELL INSIDE OF THE SPACE TO MAKE SURE GOOD AIR QUALITY IS INSIDE OF SPACE.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
