Your rental is for the poolside patio which includes the 800 sqft Infinity Pool with access to 2 bathrooms & outdoor shower. (Refer to full pricelist for additional space ADDONS, including infinity spa, bocce, entertaining patios, outdoor kitchen, etc). POOL HOUSE CHALET 1000 sq ft multifunctional space with 20ft vaulted ceiling w/1800's hand hewn beams, two bathrooms. Features light-weight lounge seating area that can easily be maneuvered. Counter space. 7ft service sink w/ nanna windows. Kitchenette w/refrigerator/freezer drawers. Microwave. Access to outdoor kitchen (see below). This space also serves as the perfect setup for catered meals. ADDON of $450 2 BATHROOMS / OUTDOOR SHOWER There are 2 bathrooms adjacent to the Chalet for you and your guests. One is regular sized. The other is spacious and wheel chair accessible and includes an ADA compliant toilet and sink, full size mirror, wall hooks and sitting stools for wardrobe changes. Outdoor shower complete with modern amenities including overhead heater. OUTDOOR KITCHEN / BAR AREA There is a designated area with a high top bar for you to set out drinks and/or food. There is an outdoor bar fridge, bar sink & ice maker. PROPANE GRILL & FOOD PREP/SERVING AREA Whether you want to use the bbq on site or have catering use their own equipment, there is an area for preparing food. Use of the Grill is a $250 ADD-ON for the Propane Tank & Cleaning. FIRE PIT & PATIO HEATERS Create a cozy and visual ambiance and add warmth for you and your guests with the fire pit add-on ($50) or add the patio heaters to your rental for your guests to gather around (1 overhead patio heater available - $50 each). SOUND SYSTEM The backyard is equipped with 12 speakers throughout the space so that music is distributed throughout the space. No additional speaker systems are allowed. Use your own iphone to access the Sonos system. CHLORINE INFINITY POOL & HOT TUB At 40’ long and 20' wide, the swimming pool is a beautiful and soothing feature for your event regardless if you and your guests will be swimming. Features colored lighting that you can adjust to match the theme of your event. The pool reaches a depth of just 7ft (w/built in viewing bench) which is great for large groups to gather and hang out and lends itself perfectly for water games. The baja shelf is perfect for lounging and relaxing for guests who don't want to get much more than their feet wet, and it’s a great area for small kids to be supervised. The hot tub provides bench seating and can fit 10-12 guests comfortably with more seated along the perimeter. *** Heating the pool and/or hot tub is an ADD-ON *** Basketball & Volleyball pool games available as an ADD-ON as well (please see the ADD-ON section of the listing for more info). SEATING There are multiple areas for your guests to gather and converse with plenty of seating for about 50 people. 10 additional 6ft tables are available as an ADD-ON. COLORED LED & CAFE LIGHTING The entire poolside backyard is lit with cafe lighting hung from the massive builtin arbors. Colored LED lights are located in the pool & spa that you can ask to be any color scheme you’d like to match the theme of your event. GAMES Lawn games, Pool Basketball, Bocce can be setup for you and your guests to enjoy ADDON $50. AMENITIES Lots of included amenities. The space is fully furnished with dining chairs, lounge chairs and sofas, and multiple dining tables. Lots of counter space. Refrigerator/freezer, microwave. 12 speaker sound system with Sonos. Designated areas for food vendors, bartender, photo booth. 4 full-size (12 ft) umbrellas to place throughout the space. Games --Bocce, Lawn Games, Pool Basketball (available as Add-Ons). PARKING You can park upto 30 vehicles on estate grounds. Lots of free parking outside the gated entry (up to 60+ cars). NEARBY ACTIVITIES 5 minute drive to the historic town of Los Gatos, and minutes to bars, restaurants, shops, walking/hiking trails, wine/beer tasting, and several parks.
