We offer a charming boutique studio. A beautiful and clean open space displaying arts & crafts. The studio is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator available in the plaza. A 10 ft bar and restroom inside the studio. Guest WIFI and bluetooth speaker system available along with 4 large rectangle tables (on wheels with brakes) and 32 stools for seating. Table Decor and Balloons allowed. Free onsite parking. Sweep, mop and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
