800 sq/ft open rehearsal space, live room, vocal room. Couch, microwave, fridge, tv. Free wifi. No DB restrictions. Restrooms in shared hall space. Separate control room available for engineer/tracking if applicable. Powered PA system provided. If tracking/engineering - monitors, outboard gear, monitor etc. are available to use but you will need your own mics and computer. 16x16 in/out. Audient and Focusrite pre's, 1 distressor, available to use.

Empty trash daily. Be neat. Be respectful. I will check up periodically during off hours to clean as well.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
