About the Space
Located in San Diego, our lounge offers the ideal space for meetings, team events, and presentations. Versatile enough to host groups up to 15 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 14 - Tables w/chairs, couches - Kitchenette equipped with sink, microwave and mini refrigerator - Wi-Fi *Residents of the building may need to use entrance of space to enter the leasing office. Please note that all set up and clean time should be included in your reservation time. Please see rules section for additional information. FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/drinks. Alcohol is not permitted. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
