The Modern Brick Haus Studio is a 2,000 sq. ft. modern industrial venue in Dallas that combines sleek design with hands-on creativity. With polished concrete floors, soaring ceilings, and walls lined with thousands of colorful bricks, it’s a one-of-a-kind space for corporate offsites, parties, and celebrations that go beyond the ordinary. The Experience What makes us different? Along with a striking studio backdrop, we offer interactive brick-building activities that inspire imagination and connection. Choose from collaborative group builds, moss gardens, bonsai creations, floral bouquets, or engineering challenges—or let us design a custom activity for your group. Most sessions run 2–3 hours, but timing is flexible. Guests can also choose to add-on a “Take-Home Build” option, allowing them to keep their creations as lasting keepsakes. We take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming studio for every guest. A professional cleaning service comes in weekly to deep clean the space, including floors, tables, and high-touch surfaces. After each event, our team disinfects and sorts all brick materials to ensure they are fresh, sanitized, and ready for the next group.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
