We take pride in keeping the space fresh, clean, and ready for every guest. Before each booking, the area is thoroughly sanitized, with special attention given to high-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, door handles, and shared equipment. Floors are swept and mopped, and furniture is wiped down so the space feels welcoming the moment you walk in. Restrooms are restocked with essentials and cleaned prior to each event to ensure comfort for all attendees. We use non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible to provide a safe environment for both children and adults, as well as those with sensitivities. Between bookings, we also air out the rooms to maintain good ventilation and a fresh atmosphere. Guests are asked to tidy up after their use—placing trash in the designated bins, returning furniture to its original setup, and removing any personal items or decorations they brought in. This shared effort helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and ensures the next group arrives to a space that feels just as welcoming as it did for you. Our goal is for every guest to feel confident knowing the space has been carefully prepared, and to leave with the same sense of care for the next group
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
