Equipment and camera rental on site or can be sub rented through the venue. Crew, PA's, Camera AC's, Grips, Sound Techs, etc available upon request. Large comfy green room and client area, large flex space for production and wardrobe or catering. Large Kitchen for food prep or catering and conference room coming soon. Lots of lunch choices in the neighborhood, Super Target, Ace Hardware within sight of the building for any immediate needs.

We do not rent to multiple clients in a single day. We do a deep cleaning between rentals wiping all surfaces with sanitizing wipes and cleaning products, as well as mopping all floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and common spaces.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
